The large villa, which sleeps up to 12 people, is comprised as follows:

Basement
  • Room with "Jacuzzi" bath tub which holds 500 litre of water at a constant thermal temperature, with an ozone continuous purification plant (therefore the water does not need to be changed), because of this the use of soaps and/or detergents is prohibited.
  • The timer is programmed from 08:00 to 00:00
  • Relaxing lounge with panoramic views adjacent to the hydro massage room.

Ground Floor
  • Double entrance hall with dining area and reception/conversation room.
  • Bathroom in antique travertine attached to the salon
  • Retro-salon library with satellite TV and reading room.
  • Large kitchen with dining area and fireplace remodelled into a BBQ
  • Bathroom for the kitchen
  • Retro kitchen: wine cellar in a natural cave with typical Tuscan products (oil-wine-sweets), self-service with additional payment

First Floor
  • A lounge with fireplace, satellite TV, three adjoining rooms; entrance to the living room and external entrance to living room.

Villa Montalcinello is a villa where you can enjoy the wonderful and impressive landscape typical of Tuscany, it has been restored and furnished with elegance, in fact there is only antique furniture of rare beauty. The Villa also has a small but lovely garden terrace with swimming pool and picnic gazebo.

Payments and Deposits:
• Booking requires a deposit payment of 50% of the total. This must be made via bank transfer (Details for this will be provided after receiving your request) Villa Il Noceto does not accept credit cards
• The reservation will be registered and confirmed within one business day following the dispatch of funds by bank transfer.
• The total settlement must be paid upon arrival at the Villa Noceto.
• The final payment may be made by bank transfer, cash or cheque.
• A security deposit of €1,000 is to be deposited in cash upon arrival and will be returned upon departure after confirming that the property is in an appropriate condition. In case of damage, the management is authorized to keep the deposit in full or in part.
• If you want to use the phone, a further € 250 will be required. Before departure, consumption must be settled in cash.
• Arrivals must be between 16:00 and 20:00.
• Rooms must be vacated before 09:00.
• Weekly stays run from Saturday to Saturday.
